DTPS–2024: Conference on Digital Transformation: Problems and Solutions

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the problems related to digital transformation in our country and their solutions, to consider digitalization from different perspectives with the joint participation of business and science, and to create a completely new experience as a result of the synergetic effect.

Another purpose of the conference is to review the high technology sector, which has developed and continuously evolved over 30 years as a business in independent Azerbaijan. The continuous transformation of local technological business and the identification of development strategies for the coming years is also a special topic of discussion.

To contribute to the future of our country in this direction, SINAM LLC, together with the universities of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Management Systems and Information Technologies), invites scientists and experts in the fields of information technology and digital transformation, intellectual systems, and other related scientific fields, as well as employees connected to information technologies from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (RINN), the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency, the West Azerbaijan Community, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), the National Aviation Academy, the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy, and the State Customs Committee Academy to the scientific-practical conference.

Papers presented at the conference and selected by the Organizing Committee will be published in the "Problems of Information Society" journal of the Institute of Information Technology of the Ministry of Science and Education.

The work of the conference will be organized according to the following sections:

  • IoT-powered industrial and agricultural cyber-physical systems;
  • Intelligence Control Systems in industry, business, and society;
  • Smart cities (villages) and infrastructures (modeling, simulation, and development);
  • Environmental data analytics and decision-making support computer and information systems.
